Study tour to Sonargaon in Bangladesh .....

 দিনটা ছিল শনিবার। 

পানাম নগর

আজ আমরা স্কুল থেকে শিক্ষা সফরে যাব। আমরা যে জায়গায় যাব সে জায়গাটি বাংলাদেশি অনেক জনপ্রিয় জায়গা। সে জায়গাটির নাম হল সোনারগাঁও। এটি অনেক বিখ্যাত একটি জায়গা। আমি সেখানে যাওয়ার জন্য অনেক আগ্রহ। কারন আগে শুধু ছবিতে কিংবা কারো মুখে সেই জায়গাটির কথা শুনেছি, কিন্তু আজ আমি সেজায়গায় যাব। এটি ভেবে আমার মনে অনেক আনন্দ হচ্ছে। 

আমাদের বাসটি সকাল সাতটা বাজে ছেড়েছিল। আমরা সবাই বাসে অনেক আনন্দ করলাম। আমরা আমাদের বাসে অনেক গান বাজনা করলাম। এভাবে আনন্দ উল্লাস করতে করতে করতে আমরা সকাল দশটা বাজে সোনারগাঁও গিয়ে পৌছালাম। সেখান থেকে নেমে দেখতে পেলাম সুন্দর কাজ করা একটি রাজবাড়ি।  হয়তোবা আমরা যে সময় গিয়েছিলাম সে সময় সেখানে কাজ চলছিল। তাই আমরা ওই রাজবাড়ীতে যেতে পারলাম না।

রাজবাড়ি 

তার কিছুক্ষণ পরেই স্যার আমাদের সেই সোনারগাঁয়ে বিখ্যাত একটি জায়গা পানামনগর নিয়ে গেল। আমরা যেখানে নেমেছি তার থেকে মাত্র 20 মিনিটের পথ। আমরা অতি আগ্রহের সাথে সেখানে যেতে লাগলাম। সেখানে গিয়ে দেখলাম অনেক সুন্দর করে পাথরে কারুকার্য করা কতগুলো দালান। সেখানে দোতলা, তিনতলা, একতলা ঘর রয়েছে। হয়তো সেগুলো অনেক পুরনো তাই কিছু ঘরগুলো ভেঙে যাওয়ার আশঙ্কায় বন্ধ রাখা হয়েছে। তাই আমরা কয়েকটি ঘরে প্রবেশ করতে পারলাম না। এছাড়া আমরা সকল ঘরগুলো পরিদর্শন করলাম। সেই ঘর গুলো ছিল মনমুগ্ধকর। সেখানকার সিঁড়িগুলো ছিল অনেক উঁচু উঁচু সেই উঁচু উঁচু সিঁরিতে অনেক ছেলেমেয়ে উঠতে পারল না। তাই তারা নিচের দৃশ্য উপভোগ করতে থাকলো। আমরা সেখানে যে তিন তলা বিল্ডিং আছে সেটি ছাদে উঠে দেখলাম পুরো সোনারগাঁও শহরটি দেখা যায়।

হয়তোবা এখানে অনেকদিন আগে কতজন লোক বসবাস করত। কিন্তু বর্তমানে এটি এখন একটি ভ্রমণের জায়গা হিসেবে পরিচিত হয়েছে। পরে দুপুরবেলা আবার আমাদের ক্যাম্পে আমরা ফিরে আসলাম। ফিরে এসে আমরা ক্যাম্পে আমাদের দুপুরে নাস্তা করলাম। দুপুরে নাস্তা করার পরে সোনারগাঁও সেই বিখ্যাত জাদুঘরে আমরা ঢুকলাম। সেখানে জয়নুল আবেদিনের আঁকা সেই "বিদ্রোহ" ছবিটি সেখানে রাখা আছে। আমরা এরপর আমরা আরও ভিতরে গেলাম ভিতরে গিয়ে দেখি তিনতলা বিশিষ্ট একটি জাদুঘর তৈরি হয়েছে। সেখানে অনেক রকম দৃশ্য অনেক গ্রামীণ দৃশ্য, কুটির শিল্পের কাজ আরও কত কিছু  রয়েছে। সেই জাদুঘরের এরিয়া ছিল অনেক বড়। তার পাশেই একটি মেলা বসেছিল। আমরা সেখানে গেলাম এবং সেখানে অনেক সুন্দর সুন্দর কারুকার্য করা বিভিন্ন পুতুল নকশা আরো অনেক কিছু দেখলাম। আমরা অনেকে কিনলাম। 

আমরা অনেক ঘোরাঘুরি করার পরে বিকেল চারটে বাজে আমরা আমাদের ক্যাম্পে ফিরে আসলাম। ক্যাম্পে ফিরে এসে আমরা অনেক নাচ-গান করে সন্ধ্যা ছয়টার দিকে বাড়ি ফেরার জন্য রওনা দিলাম। আমরা রাত দশটা বাজে বাড়ি ফিরলাম।

The day was Saturday.

Today we will go on an educational tour from school. The place we are going to is a very popular place in Bangladesh. The name of that place is Sonargaon. This is a very famous place. I am very interested to go there. Because I've only heard of that place in pictures before or in someone's face, but today I'm going to that place. I am very happy to think about it.

Our bus left at seven o'clock in the morning. We all had a lot of fun on the bus. We played a lot of songs on our bus. Rejoicing in this way, we reached Sonargaon at ten o'clock in the morning. From there I saw a beautiful palace. Maybe there was work going on at the time we went. So we could not go to that palace.

Shortly after that Sir took us to a famous place in that Sonargaon, Panamnagar. Just 20 minutes from where we landed. We started going there with great interest. When I went there, I saw many beautiful stone carvings. There are two-storey, three-storey, one-storey houses. Maybe they are too old so some houses have been closed for fear of collapsing. So we couldn’t enter a few rooms. We also visited all the houses. Those houses were fascinating. The stairs were so high that many children could not climb the stairs. So they continued to enjoy the view below. We climbed on the roof of the three-storey building and saw the whole city of Sonargaon.

Maybe how many people lived here a long time ago. But now it is now known as a travel destination. Later in the afternoon we came back to our camp. When we got back we had our lunch at the camp. After breakfast we entered the famous museum in Sonargaon. There is that "rebellion" picture painted by Zainul Abedin. We then went further inside and saw that a three-story museum had been built. There are so many types of scenery, so many rural scenes, so much more. The area of ​​that museum was much larger. A fair was sitting next to him. We went there and saw a lot more different doll designs with lots of beautiful craftsmanship there. Many of us bought.

After much wandering we returned to our camp at four o'clock in the afternoon. After returning to the camp, we danced and sang a lot and left for home at around 6 pm. We returned home at ten o'clock at night.
